The club is looking to appoint two new experienced and driven head coaches and assistants to take charge of the Tigers in Bankstown District Amateur Football Association's new Premier League and District league competitions into 2024 and beyond. Both the current teams boast current silver medal players (including last season's Gold medal and golden boot PL1) winners. Although these are individual awards the players can't achieve these accolades without a strong team.

On the field the club is a strong force in the Bankstown District Amateur Football Association and has in the past (over 60 years) had many successful seasons and looks to continue the strong winning tradition moving forward into a new era for the Club and local competition.

The successful coaches will not only take charge of the men's teams but also help shape and form the clubs strong heritage in the competition and inspire young talents to continue to grow and strive to one day play for the clubs premier teams.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

● Strong proven expertise in the field of football with a capacity to manage success and excellence

● Lead practice/training to help players improve their performance

● Soccer analytics and post-game analysis

● Coaching Credentials: C Diploma or higher is highly regarded but not essential

● Expertise: Experience playing or coaching in the Bankstown District Amateur Football Association's (BDAFA) or equivalent associations.

If you’re ready to be part of a winning legacy, please submit your football resume to Stuart Batman at secretary@padstowunited.football or contact the Club president Jim Batch on 0401 711 250.

Applications close: Monday 30th November 2023, 5pm. Please note, shortlisting and interviewing will occur prior to the application closing date so don't delay with your application.

Once appointed the Club would like to commence training shortly after to ensure the team is prepared for the upcoming 2024 completions.
